With over 20 years of experience developing hundreds of women in the professional sports, entertainment, and corporate fields, Denise Garvey Antonicelli is continuing to help women reach their full potential- this time, through her new business venture: The Image and Style Connection.​

 

Denise is taking her expertise on image development in the areas of self- presentation, communication, and style to women who are looking to tackle self- improvement as they pursue their professional and personal goals. Whether women are aspiring to land their dream career or present themselves more authentically in their personal lives, Denise has the expertise and tools to equip women to show up in their lives and the winning results are undeniable.  

 

Denise knows women. As a female leader in the NFL for nearly two decades, she led the only all-women department at the New York Jets with over forty female employees under her management annually. In addition, she was tasked to lead the Jets Women’s Organization (JWO) which included piloting Women’s Initiative programs for all female employees at the company. Her recent work at Parsons School of Fashion Design in New York City led her to focus on her fashion entrepreneurship journey before deciding to pursue her own female focused business endeavor. ​

 

The comment Denise heard the most from the multitude of women she has worked with over the years has been, “Everything I have learned from you, I still use in my life now- post NFL.  You have made me into the best version of myself!”  They weren’t talking about entertainment, sports, or corporate life.  They were referring to a holistic approach to personal and professional development that combines image consulting, personal styling, and confidence-building techniques to help them unlock their full potential and show up as the best version of themselves!
